What actually changes a price: the word count or document type, the language tier (Tier A, EN↔DE, is our base rate; Tier B and C carry a multiplier; Tier D is rare pairs, quoted individually), how fast you need it, and whether the document needs certification. Because the pricing unit should match how the work is actually done. Localization is scoped by word ceiling into a package so you see one total; transcreation is creative adaptation, not a word count, so it’s priced by the piece.
