No portal, no ticket number. Here's exactly what happens between sending us your document and getting it back — including the parts most sites don't explain.
Order directly from the catalogue if your document or service is priced there, or send us your file for a quote. There's no upload box on this site — once you order or write to us, we'll reply with a secure way to send your document, usually by email.
For anything priced per word or by project, you'll have a firm price within 4 business hours, Monday to Friday. You decide whether to go ahead — there's no obligation attached to a quote.
A translator matched to your subject area does the work. Certified and medical orders get an independent second-linguist review as standard, included in the price; the same review is available as a +30% upgrade on other services if you want the extra check.
Digital PDF delivery is included on every order. Where a receiving authority needs a physical original — an ink signature, a wet stamp — add posted hardcopy at checkout, within Germany or elsewhere in the EU.
We accept common office formats (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), PDF, and plain text — export from your CMS or documentation platform if that’s where your content lives, and send us the export. Delivery is digital PDF by default; posted hardcopy is available as an option on certified documents for authorities that require an original ink signature.

Your document is treated as confidential from the moment it reaches us. We handle personal data in line with GDPR — see our Privacy Policy for the full detail on what we collect and why. An NDA is available on request before we open a business client’s file, at no extra cost. Files aren’t kept longer than necessary to complete your order and handle any revision window.
