triptranslation is based in Hohenahr, a small town in Hessen — not a call centre, not a platform matching you to a stranger at random. We work across two kinds of jobs: the officially-accepted document someone needs translated to a deadline they don’t control, and the specialist business translation an SMB needs done by someone who understands the subject, not just the words. Both get the same thing: the price shown before you commit, and a person you can actually write to.
We built this site the way we’d want a translation agency’s site to work: no quote-request wall in front of every price, no faceless upload box with no way to ask a question first. If you’re not sure your document or job fits what’s on this site, write to us before you order — that question costs nothing, and a missed deadline costs a lot more than the few minutes it takes to ask.
We keep the service list to eight — certified and sworn translation, legal and business, technical, medical and pharmaceutical, website and software localization, marketing translation and transcreation, interpreting, and proofreading and editing — on purpose. It’s a deliberate choice against sprawl: eight things done properly, rather than twenty listed for the sake of looking comprehensive.
Two-linguist review is our standard process on certified and medical work, and an available upgrade elsewhere — a second, independent linguist checks the translation against the source before it’s finalised. We describe this as what actually happens to your file, not as a certification or membership badge, because that’s the honest version of what we can stand behind.
Your document is treated as confidential from the point it reaches us, in line with GDPR. We sign an NDA on request for business clients before we open a file, at no extra cost. Files are kept only as long as needed to complete your order and cover the revision window that follows it — see our Privacy Policy for the full detail on what’s collected and for how long.
When you write to us, a real member of the team reads it and replies — not an automated ticket system. Your named contact is Sophie Lindner, reachable on the phone number and email address below.
